My first time to this store. I was looking for a fruitcake for my family, Pavilions came highly recommended and did not disappoint. On the plus side: they had what I wanted, but on the other hand they did not have the greatest variety in their selection probably due to the time of day. It is a very busy place but there was plenty if parking, and that's always appreciated. A good experience overall.
Although it's a small supermarket, it's conveniently located near Beverlywood area. They're also open long hours which allows for shopping late nights.

So I went here yesterday expecting chaos and bare shelves and yes there was a little bit of that but for the most part they have done a great job as they always have in making sure they are prepared, stocked, and CLEAN. These are weird times but having a good go to spot for necessities is key and they are perfect for just that.

Very easy store to find and multiple accesses to parking. From both sides of the street but you're usually busy streets. Inside the store it's actually surprisingly easy to find what you're looking for and they're very good on when registers get long lines about calling people up to open other registers, which we all know doesn't usually happen that way.

This has been my main grocery store for years. If you use the app, you can save a lot here. They are pretty good about moving the line quickly to get people through check out. The store is clean and organized. Theyâve done nice renovations over the years.
I walked in here to grab a quick bite to eat and grabbed a random box of supermarket sushi. Didn't really expect much and was subsequently blown away. The sushi is actually really good and definitely not what you'd expect from a kiosk in pavilions. I tried a small sample from the actual sushi restaurant next door and the pavilions sushi was better.

Very attentive, great customer service. I asked for the travel size section, the cashier directed me. I was grateful. Then she came to look for me, as I got distracted by some other product on my way down the aisle. She said, "Oh did you find what you were looking for?" I said yes, and then she still walked down and showed me exactly where. It meant the world to me because I was just visiting the town for the first time in years and she was so sweet. Wish I had noticed her name. But much oblige. :)

I love the this location, it is clean and has a great selection of produce and alcohol. During this social distancing time, they are taking the precautions with sanitizing regularly and only letting a certain amount of people in at a time. So expect a little bit of a line to get in if you are in a hurry. I respect that so it is more safe! When you are in line outside, they offer a sanitized cart and when you walk in they have sanitizer for you as well.

I usually don't do reviews on grocery stores but I have to say this Pavilions is extremely clean, well organized and the merchandising is really good. You definitely can tell the employees here have a sense of Pride and that the management of this location has pride in the way the store appears. For many years I did merchandising and marketing for retail locations and I can definitely tell that a lot of time and effort goes into making this store, every aisle, every in cap and each Shelf a work of art. Well done to the employees at this store.

Ok so I don't come to Pavilions often, but my mom insisted that I try their baked (roasted) chicken on $5 Fridays when it's on special. Ever so often it's 8 pieces for $5. My mom bought it at this location once and it was amazing! The seasoning could be tasted all throughout the meat and not just on the skin! I tried getting the same deal at a different Pavilions location and they just didn't have the same flavor. Whatever you guys are doing in Marina del Rey, keep doing it because I am coming back every... single... time!
I love their produce freshness, both organic and non, and although a little pricey in comparison to Ralph's down the street, the selections of all products are usually plentiful.

I can't even count how many times this store has been remodeled over the years. 20 years ago it was pretty dingy, but it gets a little better with each remodel. It is a really good store now. It looks appealing to walk into, has a great selection, has nice produce, and the staff is helpful and pleasant.
Very nice grocery store. Upscale, clean, and has a variety of prepared foods offered ranging from Chinese to salads, bbq, sushi... & more. In the bakery they offer fresh delicious pastries, cookies & sweet as well as a variety of fresh rustic breads by the loaf. Large variety of everything store-wide, lots of healthy options. Coming from Tucson AZ some of the prices were higher on certain things than I'm used to but I've found that to be the case in LA with most everything(food, housing...just everything) so that's nothing against the Pavilions!

Beautiful clean and full of extras! Easy parking on the street or in the parking lot and structure. Friendly staff that is helpful. Once you get use to the layout shopping is fun and easy. But it's a popular place so some congestion in isles. Food specialties and home decor extras.

Even though I live in North Hollywood and a bit of a distance away, I will definitely go out of my way to shop at this Pavilions. Their staff could not have been more helpful or cordial.

Amazing Grocery Store. Top shelf meat, fish and bakery. One of the best butcher shop and seafood counter I've ever seen. I'll take a few pics next time. They have special cuts of meat you don't usually find at your regular grocery store. Plus all the regular stuff and sale prices that Vons has every week. If you want high quality gourmet cuts & foods. This is the place. I'm sure the butcher will cut or order whatever you want. I wasn't ready for this store. I live a few hours away, but go by there every month or two. So next time I'm bringing an ice chest. It's worth a visit if you live anywhere in the valley. I'd definitely drive farther to go there. Even hours if their wasn't something similar closer. Lol Actually I'll be driving over 2 1/2 hours when I go next time

Ok Pavillions is my store of choice so almost always gets 5 stars but this particular location is not my fave. On the plus side, it's not crowded and has lots of easy parking. On the downside the are lacking sometimes in selection compared to other Pavillions. Other than that, great customer service as usual.

Today I had drove 40+ miles to stop at this particular location to purchase some cold pressed juice. There was no orange on the shelf. I saw a worker in floral and she called produce to get me some assistance. HOLLY came up and said all I have is a case. I took the whole case. I just wanted to give Holly a shout out because this really made my day that she was able to bring 6 jugs to put on shelf and I bought them all. Thanks for having my favorite feel better juice. Will be back again.

Very pleased with the two young men working in the freezer area (one who I believe Is a manager). They were being yelled at by an old lady complaining about everything and they both handled it very well. This store there always done up beautifully. People that work there are always very nice every time I've gone there. This time I've gone in with a broken wrist so I have a cast on my arm. I really miss having melons. One of the ladies asked me if they could help me find something. I asked, if they had ready sliced melons since I'm not able to safely cut a melon. They didn't, she offered to choose a melon for me and take it in the back and cut it up for me and then put it back together and then wrapped back up!â€

We had a fine time shopping, but what made this a great experience was the amazing young man working as a cart pusher working at 5:30 today (Tom? It was too dark to see his name tag). He saw us pushing our cart to our car parked far away, and jogged over to meet me halfway while I was bringing the cart back. We accidentally left a phone in the cart, and he ran it over to to us when he found it. Made our night better!

The two times I have been in this store I had excellent customer service. The first time My boyfriend and I did not realize the self check-outs were the last registers open passed 7 and we had a full cart of groceries. The employees ask if we wanted them to open the employee register for us and even helped us bag them. The second visit we had we had to transfer money while paying through debit card because we were a couple cents short. The gentleman working the self check-out on May 15th did not hesitate to pull out a $1 bill from his own wallet to pay for the rest of our groceries. Phenomenal service. The Enployees here deserve a raise!

Their Sushi was always ok but they have definitely upped their game in the last few weeks from what I noticed. They gentlemen behind the counter making the sushi was so nice. He noticed that I was looking for a particular roll and was nice enough to come around the counter to help me. Turns out he hadnât made any of the rolls I was looking for and ended up making it on the spot for me. Amazing customer service and two thumbs up on upping the sushi game here in the burbs!!

Zero poor experiences here. I'm not sure if it's smaller than other locations, or if the roof is lower, but it feels less like a warehouse to me. The lighting is not harsh - it's sufficient. Staff has always been great. Clean. Produce section is kept up - I eat nectarines, peaches & bananas and don't find gross past-prime items.

Went to this pick and save for some early morning groceries and it did not disappoint! It's a really big building and very clean as well! There are a variety of grocery products of all kind and a little bit of everything for everyone if you look hard enough. Pricing on groceries were reasonable as well. Service was quick and polite no problems there. Overall I had a good experience at this pick and save and will probably go back on occasion!

I have to tell a story about this place. So I went one night to get stuff for dinner. I decided to splurge a little and got some shrimp. I grabbed a bottle of cocktail sauce, paid and went home. I was all ready to eat when I opened up the cocktail sauce and notiacced it had gone bad. The jar was expired. So I called and talked to the manager, I was disappointed, I think mainly because I never eat cocktail shrimp, and was looking forward to it, and bummed about the expired sauce. What happened next is why this is a five star review. The manager personally delivered a new bottle of sauce to my front door. Wow! Not that's a good person, and a great customer service experience.

Thankful for their curbside pickup option during the pandemic. While most other stores wanted to gouge customers with a $5 pickup fee, PickNSave saw the opportunity to show kindness and prudence and charged no fee. Now that I am able to shop in-store, I have been very pleased. Mai and Abigail were super nice when I had a very full cart very early one morning. A young man called up a cashier which made the experience better because I was disheartened to arrive at the check outs only to find self-check-out only machines. Thankful for live cashiers :)

He smiled and asked if I wanted paper bags. I agreed and then asked quietly, "Is it customary to bring your own?" I explained I'd just arrived from Florida. The second time, he wasn't sure if they had the product he was looking for and he went to look for it himself and since he couldn't find it, he went to the customer service office and returned with the product I needed. Few people do that, they tell you to look in such a corridor and that's where the help ends.

This isnt including all of the house plants, vases, bouquets in the coolers, the ballons, cards, decorations. They bouquets that i bought my friend absolutely loved, and there were more lily's than I thought, the roses were fresh, buds were nice and firm, (no drooping buds) and smelled beautiful. Would recommend the florist here for anything that you would want.

I did not find great bargains on what I needed..Market 32's redesign really is the best thing Price Chopper could've done to its locations. And, whether this is just clever design work or is actually true, it feels as if there are more selections than Price Chopper had before the redesigns.

The people working there are fantastically nice, funny and know their stuff! I love food shopping and this place makes me very happy.

I use the pharmacy here. The pharmacy technicians are polite and efficient. My prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. Being that it's Market 32 you can shop for other items while you're there. It's handicapped âżïž accessible with handicapped accessible restrooms and parking. There's usually not much of a wait but that depends on the time of day. Early mornings seem to be the least busy.This supermarket is kept clean and neat. They have a florist shop in the store too. Their floral arrangements look wonderful. They always seem to have what I want in stock including holiday items. They do have curbside grocery pickup. They also have 2 electric vehicle charging stations. A pretty good place.

It's not familiar to me like Kroger, Food Lion or Publix, but I came, I saw, I bought and I left. All good.

When the food was done she gave me the meals in my hand instead of on the counter.

They have a good selection or grab and go deli meats which saves time vs waiting at the deli counter. The in-store hot food is also good for a quick meal.

Produce and meat selections are usually very nice. The prices and the quality tend to be much better than the local competitors. They offer alot of items specific to the cultures of the neighborhood. Some items are a bit limited in selection, but I do most of my grocery shopping here.

But, Price Rite is just as good with closer parking, less crowd and shorter lines. Each has some preferred items that the other doesn't.

First time going into this grocery store. The store was clean and very organized. The produce was arranged nicely. I like seeing all the beautiful colors displayed. There are 4 self check out lines and 2 cashier had lines open. There were a lot of items on sale for Memorial Day well. Remember to bring your own shopping bag because otherwise itâs 10 cents to purchase a plastic bag. The house plants at the front of the store looked sad and were dying but overall everything else was good. I would go back if ever in the area again.
