It's a grocery store with many choices on certain fancy things and fewer choices on some of the basics, but it's good. Staff members seem like they actually enjoy helping people, which is a nice change. Loved being able to find locally made treats to share with out of town visitors. Happy to find options for organic foods. Lots of choices for spices that include different brands and some really hard to find stuff. Biggest and most amazing selection of vanilla extract, vanilla beans and vanilla paste I have ever seen anywhere! If you need vanilla, you need to go to this store!

This QFC is very nice super market. Clean, organized and employees are very helpful and polite. You can find anything you need like your groceries, Kitchen tools, and other supplies to pharmacy! The flower shop here has so much variety of each kinds you should come and check their flowers so beautiful! The prices are reasonable specially if you have QFC card you can find some deals around this store!

Amazing customer service in the Pharmacy! Pharmacy Manager, Yushie, was so helpful and accommodating. She went out of her way to help us in a sticky situation when my mom was visiting family in Bothell and ran out of one of her RXs. So thankful for people like Yushie!

This place is WAAAY cheaper than Safeway. I'm so glad I convinced my mother to start shopping here instead, after 30 years stopping at that other place. QFC is closer to home, it is way easier to get in and out quickly and efficiently. The employees here are very personable and quickly learned who I was by name. Maybe it's just me, but they seem happier then the employees up the road. This is one of the cleanest and most organized, well-stocked grocery stores that I've shopped at anywhere throughout my life. It definitely is a Quality Food Center.

I have to change my review for qfc. They changed the ingredients for my favorite Kroger food. It does not taste good and they also made it much smaller. They have done this before. It is disappointing to find a food that I really like and then they suddenly change it. I think I am done shopping there.
QFC has great quality produce and high quality meat and chicken. The store is clean and the staff is nice and helpful.
I go here when I'm in town to get a sandwich and a soda. Great customer service

I recently had surgery and stopped in for a few small things for my recovery. When the card reader would not work at the self-checkout, the attendant came over to help problem solve. Ultimately, the reader could not be fixed, and I didn't have another form of payment on hand. The attendant, Kevin, unselfishly took out his wallet and paid for my groceries for me. I cried out of how thoughtful he was.
Drew and his team are seriously the BEST! I go to several local Starbucks and this location is by far the best in customer service. Seriously, they know your name and your drink and always go above and beyond with their service!

This is my favorite grocer in America, and definitely Lacey. I get it all here- incredible value, excellent service, and friendly interactions with staff and community members.
QFC has the best meats and vegetables in the area. They may not always be the most inexpensive, but they often ARE the best price and ALWAYS stock the best product.
In closing, thank you to the QFC team and management for everything you do. Don’t everyone shop here though, or my favorite store will get too busy!

I love this grocery store! It's gourmet so it's higher priced but they have locally sourced food and deli sandwiches that are made in house. The staff is always really friendly and the space is kept very clean. So grateful to have you in the neighborhood!

I came to this location on the 29th - and the staff was fantastic. I came an hour earlier than the customer service desk was supposed to be open (they're operating on snow hours, totally understandable - oversight by me!) and they didn't hesitate to help me at all.

Love this QFC, been on able to chat with a few employees and they have a solid helpful crew. Also a great isle of drink selections (both alcoholic and a smaller non-alcoholic chilled section.) They also have a fantastic selection of single pack tuna fish and salmon which is perfect for non-refrigerated meal like camping or being outdoors.
Clean, well-stocked store with a good produce selection. They have beautiful cakes, too. My kids love shopping here with me because they get a free fruit and then can get a Top Pot donut on the way out.

I prefer the produce at qfc, even though the selection is more limited than Safeway. The store is better laid out and the meats seem fresher. The prices are better than Safeway as well.
The staff here works hard to be helpful, friendly, and efficient. The produce department does a great job keeping everything looking fresh. The cashiers actually unload your cart for you and carefully bag your groceries. I'm glad this store is smaller and easier to find things in than its local competitor. The store is set up logically, is well-stocked, well-lit and clean. Prices are competitive.

One of my favorite supermarket. They have all the products items in grocery. Fresh organic vegetables and fruits. Their prices are also reasonable. It's close to my house so I tend to come here more often. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have pharmacy inside too and fresh deli. I love their bakery section the most as i always able to get good deals in it. Keep it up QFC.
QFC seems to be one of the remaining large supermarkets left in business after the pandemic ravaged the economy. They don't have nearly as many staff to handle restocking but compared to a year ago most items are in stock.

We had ordered a Dinosaur themed birthday cake at the QFC bakery. The chocolate flavored cake with whipped cream cheese icing was awesome. All the guests and kids loved it and it was less sweeter(just the way we had requested). Thanks for the delicious cake !!
One of the bigger QFC's in the area. It has more offerings. I find the Heritage Blue eggs there. I will stop in here when I put in an order at Sushi Cafe across the street. Definitely one of my favorite grocery stores.

Love this QFC . Started coming here 1 year ago . Staff super friendly and always smiling. The first thing they ask you at the cash is if you found everything you wanted . I rarely don’t find everything I needed on my grocery list . The self checkout is mostly quick. Yes sometimes you wait 5 minutes because it’s busy but it’s like that in every supermarket. I will definitely continue coming here .

Very clean store! As an out of town visitor, the layout was kind of confusing but it could not have been helped since of the second floor. The store managed to make it work. I had to ask for help from Mauricio who was very friendly and even knew the exact aisle I needed! When I was checking out in the self check out, Becky (or Becca. I forget the exact spelling) helped me. She even gave me the QFC membership discount and helped save me 2.00! Everyone was very friendly. Great store.
I'm working various shifts, and the hours they're open makes my life a lot easier.

This little store has everything we need. It is the only affordable grocery in the area, and the digital coupons/mailer coupons make it manageable to afford food. We love the kroger brand and the produce section is great. The employees are also really nice.
Big shout out to Dee Dee and Jordan who dropped everything to help create last minute balloon bouquets for a graduation party. Great customer service!
I prefer qfc to Safeway. Better store brands and produce. Cheaper too.

Best QFC ever with the friendlies staff and is always clean! Sean is one of the best employees I've ever encountered anywhere! My husband and I always have small conversations with him for the past 2 years we've lived next door. All staff is so friendly and chatty. Love when I come in for Boar's Head deli pickles and the staff over by the deli make sure to either give me fresh ones or the biggest ones they have without even asking! So considerate.
The best! Would not buy anywhere else. Been buying here for over 11years and will keep coming back.
