Today I had received exemplary service at the photo lab. The manager was assisting me, I think her name is Kim. I had a particular request and was struggling to explain what I wanted. Kim was patient & extremely knowledgeable. We worked together until I was completely satisfied with the size & layout of the pictures. Kim you will be glad to know I found a 12 x 12 sleeve which protects & displays the pictures perfectly. Can't thank you enough.
