I really like the fact that I wanted insoles, but didn't want to buy scissors to cut them to size so I can swap them right away, so before leaving without buying them I asked customer service if there was scissors available to use so I can cut the insoles to my size 11 and she said yes, so I bought them and cut them to fit in my shoes. Now they're in my shoes comfortably. Thanks to the customer service lady! 3:25pm ish
