This place rocks! I was supprized to see customer service personnel is highly professional, friendly, attentive and going out of their way to proved effective excellent service to their customers. I came to buy certain item that I needed urgently. Customer service rep. Edward was helping me to locate the item, but unfortunately the store was out. Then store manager by the name Tarra stepped in. This nice
lady called several Rite Aid store in the area until she found needed item and then... She had made an arrangement to delivere it right to her store while I was waiting!!! I have never experienced anything like that. I will definitely patronize this establishment.
