I would like to give the Best.Customer Service award to Orane the manager who was working overnight on 6/29- 6/30 When me.and my.cousin came in at 2am looking for passport pictures. After a very long and troublesome night of Car troubles and more. He was the sun at the end of the storm just wanted to say Thank you Orane and the Management team at Rite Aid.
When I walk into that pharmacy I get what I need and head straight to the back. There's a staff member (pharmaceutical assistant) named Rebecca. She is always pleasant! Greets regular customers by their first name. She whispers the answers to any questions you may have because she wants to keep your business confidential. I appreciate genuinely caring customer service!
