We miss living next to this Harris Teeter, since we firmly believe this is the best Harris Teeter in Charlotte due exclusively to the phenomenal customer service, especially from a staff member whose name I unfortunately don't remember. He spoke French with us and had round glasses, and we always looked forward to seeing him; he greeted absolutely everyone and was extremely helpful, and even remembered us after a few of our frequent late-night trips. Wish we lived closer!
