Above and Beyond! I had an issue with gift cards and Harris Teeter immediately resolved this for me. The customer service representative went above and beyond. Wonderful organization that focuses on great customer service. It isn't easy to keep people happy these days, either. :)
I love Harris teeter! They have the best wine selection and deli meat selection in the area! Sure you can find some items cheaper elsewhere, but the quality is always at HT! They also have seasonal unique items that no one else seems to have. I always recommend Harris teeter to everyone I meet that is new to the area. Great store!!
