I've shopped here maybe ten times over that last five years or so, and the one thing that always stands out to me is that the staff are happy. The physical store isn't pretty. It's a bit dark (no windows), and feels crammed, but that doesn't seem to effect them. Seeing and overhearing their interactions with one another, I can tell that they get along and the moral in the store is high. Plus, they've always been friendly to me. You don't see that too often in a grocery store.
