Most recently an amazing experience working with Ezra, the deli manager...We had a tight turn around on feeding our Distribution Center teams (300 employees) for our Christmas lunches. The Coppell Tom Thumb deli came to the rescue with just a few hours notice. Our plans had to change last minute and Ezra & her deli team made magic happen and they had our order ready within a few hours just in time for a great celebration with our teams. And the food was so good...We ordered fried & baked chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy & green beans. It was all really just so good...Ezra & her team saved the day for us!! So thankful for her gracious approach to helping us with our Christmas luncheon challenge!!
