Mrs. Pamela was so nice, she greeting when I made it to the register and also thanks and have a nice day when I was leaving the register. The guy that was bagging my groceries was also nice he also thanked me when leaving. No other employee did that and I think it's amazing!!
I think it's a great idea to have this in a grocery store.
I love shopping at Tom Thumb, because of the quality of the fruits and vegetables. I had a produce clerk by the name of Roy help me out with finding all the fruits I needed. He was patient and knew where everything was. He did not hesitate to go give a look in the back for more ginger. It’s folks like him that make peoples day just that much better. I have had other clerks there who don’t give me the time of day and walk away.
