This Shaws is huge. It is a clean store fairly well stocked but you're going to do a lot of walking if this is where you do the bulk of your grocery shopping.
The selection is excellent here. You'll find items here you don't find elsewhere. And I like the store setup quite a lot.
Upon entry you'll find yourself in the produce department with good variety and nice looking produce. There are multiple frozen foods areas for ice cream, another for pizza and things of that nature and yet another for frozen entrees and meat items. If you don't see something you want, keep looking because it's probably here.
As mentioned before I like the layout, which leads me to saying I like where the bread & bakery items are kept, the last aisle in the store. To me this makes sense as to want baked goods separately bagged and riding on top of the heavier items in my cart.
Then on your way out is the pharmacy and customer service areas. Again, I find that convenient.
And when I was there they had adequate checkout lines open plus a couple of self checkout stations which I chose to use. Simple enough to do.
