They always have 3 day sales, the fruit an vegetables are always fresh. I enjoy shaws, they carry different items. Their meat department is extremely helpful an very knowledgeable on what cuts of beef are good. Everyone is polite, an there fresh hot soups at lunch time are great.
Smaller sized Shaw's than what I'm used to, but that didn't change my experience: good selection / varieties, impeccably clean, and staff was incredibly friendly
