Great place to shop for groceries! The ailse are big and there usually isn't to much of a line when checking out, except around 5pm. All the employees are very nice and friendly!!
We're a English family on vacation in the US and Canada. After a not so great time in French speaking Canada what an absolute delight to be in Vermont! A supermarket like ones back home.... a place where you can buy food... that.... wait for it, you can just eat... no preparation! Dear me.... in Quebec potato chips was as good as it got for convenience food in supermarkets. Here at Shaws we bought salad from the salad bar, cold wine and beer from the fridge. Thank you Shaws for being what we expect from a supermarket... oh and thanks for not looking down your noses at us like le Quebecois šš Friendly staff, lots of parking, what more could you ask for.
