I received the BEST customer service I've had in a long time at Shaw's, Clinton, MA tonight. Pam, the manager helped us locate an uncommon item and wouldn't give up until she found it. THEN I needed a battery jump and she came to the rescue. A smile on her face the whole time. The world needs more people like Pam. Shaw's should be very happy to have her representing their brand. Thank you.
The cashier, Jenna, has always made my visit delightful. She goes out of her way to help and make sure my visit was successful and efficient. She is a shining star in the facility.
