I usually love auburn shaws ....I go here all the time and today...not the best service 😕...my bagger walked away while bagging my stuff and I assumed I had all my stuff...drove all the way home to find ...nope...thats okay...I called and the lady on the phone said I could walk back around the store and get everything I forgot...I advised it was deli food and asked if she could just have it ready for me...I went back and got my stuff and all I really wanted was I am sorry for the inconvenience..I didnt get that ..my review was originally going to be 1 star... until the assistant manger called me back and was so apologetic and understanding..thats all I needed was understanding nothing else...she advised me she will coach her employees so this would not happen to another customer...thank you for making this a better experience! Joan they are lucky to have you ,thank you. Customer service is very important to me.
