This Safeway has a large variety of specialized items and counters. For example they have a bakery, deli, pharmacy, sushi, fresh meat & seafood, hot soup and salad bar, etc. there is also a Starbucks inside
Its not on Safeway deli menus but I ask for it anyway, tell them you want a chicken tender sub, I personally get one on regular while bread with honey mustard and mayo, cheese,chicken tender, lettuce and tomato. Trust me you will be satisfied. Also, the prices did go up for the sandwiches, its $5.99 for half and $10.99 for a whole sandwich now.
