Wonderful employees! I was welcomed & helped as needed. The cashier had a line, but continued to be friendly. As I left, Lamont met me to return the cart đź›’ for me.
Seriously! The customer service during this visit was casual, friendly, and above and beyond!
They were very busy on 12/31/21. I went in to cash a payroll check from a temporary job. I was fine with the 1.5% fee. The process was a little confusing for me and the employee at the service desk but still a positive interaction I appreciated. A manager came over to walk thru it figure out what we did wrong. I felt bad because they seemed really busy but they were so nice. I had a few items to pick up after that and the store was well staffed and stocked and clean and the lines were not even long. I could tell the employees were busy and working hard to keep things going smooth.
