I'm not from Arlington but had to receive prescription medications to treat a infection while staying here. I had the provider send the rx to Rite Aid at Smokey Point prior to reading their reviews. I looked up Rite Aid's number to notify them of my insurance information and that's when I saw the reviews. Ugh! I regretted having picked this pharmacy but it was the only one I saw when I drove by, so that's what came to mind.
