The Franklin Rite Aid has consistently ensured that I get my prescriptions on time. Any mistakes happened at my doctors office or with the insurance but they always helped me work it out. At 56 it’s literally the best pharmacy I’ve ever had. Not to mention It’s always service with a smile and good attitude no matter how swamped. This was especially nice during COVID.
Always treatment me with respect and always gave me a call and let me know when my prescription was ready. It seemed to have things I needed when other pharmacies didn't.
