Always greeted with a smile (by both store & pharmacy employees). There are no long lines for pharmacy pickup. Fast and efficient service with knowledgeable pharmacy staff. When I had to purchase a special medication for my dog, the staff automatically found me the cheapest price through discount apps without my having to request them to do so. (Saved me over $100 each month).
During Covid, our Hopewell Rite Aid became our go-to for many products we would have otherwise gotten from larger department stores. They had products the bigger stores were out of stock on.
So now, we just automatically go to Rite Aid first. The staff make you feel like family!
