I had a great experience here. The staff made me feel like they have known me for years the way they talked to me!I am kind of surprised about the poor reviews I read.Pharmacy workers very polite an friendly, even the ones that aren't waiting on me, waved to me. (I am a regular customer)
When there busy, they still acknowledge me with a "wait time" . An any questions, the pharmacist drops what they are doing an comes right over to answer my questions. I am always greeted with a smile an always sympathetic towards meds an our illnesses.
I have been using Rite-aid (Tonawanda st) for many years now an will continue to do so for many years to come
