I call the pharmacist that works there whenever I have questions, when mine/ my kids doctors offices are closed. He even took the time out to explain bloodwork results to me when I was in a panic. I recently moved to Wolcott and started using them. If I would have known how amazing their customer service is, I would've happily drove from Waterbury when I lived there. It's worth the drive!
Love our Rite Aid here in town the pharmacists remember our names, the staff is very friendly and the store is always organized & clean.
