Pharmacy and pharmacists are particularly pleasant, thoughtful and thorough -- and actually call you personally when it's time for immunizations or boosters! Store prices on items such as vitamins are frequently better (lower) than competitors or offer better deals (e.g., second one at half-price). When I recently needed attention to a product problem from a manager, the manager was empathetic and responsive with the kind of customer service attitude that is rare in NY these days. Store location is somewhat distant for me, so I don't use it for all my drugstore shopping, but always seek it out when I can or for anything important.
