I went to pick up my Moms med today, which was send there electronically an hr before, the pharmacist (female)did it right away as it wasnt ready and she was so respectful and professional . I am a pharmacy tech with 15 yrs experience in an hospital setting and 2 yrs in retail .Its a stressful job (especially in retail)but thank you from the bottom of my heart .
Dawn in the pharmacy is wonderful! She is patient and professional. Highly recommend Rite Aid!
