I've been going there for years and I've found the staff to be very helpful. Whenever I've had issues with my prescriptions they have bent over backwards to try and resolve it. As for the prices I think they are more than fair when considering what rent must cost with the store located on some of the most expensive commercial real estate in the city. The store is a service to the local community.
