The manager Khan here is amazing. The customer service he provided was above and beyond. His professionalism, patience, customer empathy and perseverance to assist us despite the many system and technological challenges was spectacular. It’s the best customer experience I have had in 21 years shopping at this store. I wish him much success and hope Rite Aide as a corporation values his contributions.
