On New Years weekend (of all weekends to get sick) I was in need of some meds after a visit to well now; my regular pharmacy was closed due to the holiday so I had to find a pharmacy that was open and thankfully Rite Aide was in fact open. I went through the drive thru and was told it would be an hour wait (no big deal) then there was an issue with my insurance (first of the year nonsense)…. The women working in the pharmacy were awesome. I didn’t have the 182.00 for my meds and I said I would just wait to get them and the one woman was like no, you obviously need these meds and she said “I’ll do whatever I can to help you get them” she did something and reran my insurance, did something else with some coupons and an app on my phone and I got my meds.So thank you RiteAide employees… thank you for working on a holiday, you for doing your job exceptionally well and thank you for caring about your customers
