This review is for the pharmacist Bumsoo, who helped me fill a prescription on a tight timeline before I was leaving on a trip. Because of a miscommunication with my insurance, Rite Aid had given me the wrong quantity, and didn’t have enough in stock to fill the prescription. Bumsoo called my insurance to clarify the issue, then called other locations until he found one that had enough to fill my prescription. He gave detailed instructions to that pharmacist on how to avoid the insurance issue, and called me to give me instructions and updates.
