I have really appreciated the help that Tali has given me the last several months. She has gone above and beyond what she is required to do to assist me with my insurance, and I really appreciate that. There was an issue with my insurance and Rite Aid’s computer system several months ago, and she made sure that I was refunded the full amount I paid once she was able to re enter my insurance info a couple days later.
She is not just incredibly helpful to me, but to every customer that I’ve seen come into the pharmacy.
