I want to praise the pharmacy department. I was a long time customer to a different big chain pharmacy but without warning, my health insurance and prescription were no longer honored. And for months, Everytime I tried to pick up my prescription, the other pharmacy would give problems running my card, or they would try to charge me (my script is suppose to be free). Anyway, my doc office was closed and I feeling desperate I called rite aid to find out if they take my plan and I would get my doc to call on the next business day to switch. Well, Nola was able to get the script filled the same night. She was really fantastic. She was professional, informative, and treated me with respect and empathy. She understood what it means to treat patients with care when it comes to healthcare. I truly hope her management appreciates her.
