One pharmacy staff member is even more excptional, his name is Nina Raphael. This man takes it to a new level of professional pharmaceutical customer service, and I am not the only one who says so...., if fact I have friends that say he is the reason they patronize this store.
He is very knowledgable, helpful, personable, and greets each and every customer by name.
He goes so far beyond just doing his job, and I hope your store, your district, regional, and even your corporate management staff is informed of this man's work.., in fact they should come meet him and know him by more than just name. He's a company gem!
