I was verbally assaulted by another shopper. Your manager Brian went above and beyond to deescalate the situation with the other shopper in a calm, careful, and professional manner. He also walked me to my car--something he isn't by any means required to do. I felt safe and so thankful for him. The cashier also kept her cool during the entire process. 20/10 professionalism and helpfulness on both of their behalves and will always go out of my way to support their store.
