I’ve been going to Rite Aid for 20 some years and have never had a bad experience or had to wait in line for my prescriptions. Everyone is extremely helpful. I don’t know why so many people go across the street and get poor service with long lines When they can go to Rite Aid and get an excellent experience!
Staff went out of their way to ask if I needed help. They then walked me to the product I was looking for. At checkout, I remember something else I wanted and the checkout employee went and got it for me. ❤️ So friendly and excellent customer service all around.
