Mr. Don Mell is a GEM. What a well mannered human being. His personality alone is an asset to Rite Aid. I had a bunch of Gift Cards and I needed to do them 1 at a time. He didn’t fuss or make me feel like he didn’t want to do it. He treated me very politely and always explained what he was doing and that the gift card was loaded properly. Being kind is free and so often kindness is no where to be found. I truly believe this gentleman’s kindness could melt the coldest of hearts. Thank you Don for going the extra mile.
