It's becoming so rare to have someone in Retail go beyond the ordinary. Kyle in the Pharmacy here at this Rite Aid, really was helpful. He made a normal experience a much better one. Very good employee.
For all the negative remarks I've been reading I have to wonder if most of these people are short tempered or just impatient...I have NEVER had any problem with this store or it's employees. Especially during these trying times, they have been doing a stellar job. From taking the time to answer any questions to helping elderly people to their car. EVERY person that works in this store has patience and personality and kindness. If you've had a bad experience you may have contributed to the problem, these people work hard and are very courteous.
