Ruby and Rema go above and beyond for their customers! The caring and concern they extend, especially in today’s times, is remarkable! They both are truly assets to the Coop City community they serve and RiteAid!Thank you for taking care of my mom!I will say that there's a male who answers the phone and i was impressed by how much he knows his store. I asked questions and he had prompt answers. He is not in the pharmacy area. But he knew what to say to help me find a good pharmacy, Rite Aid doesn't take Health First, which they should again. But he is a graat asset to this store, even knew Products that were on isles, where, and next to what. Next time i call i will write his name. Cus that's really good services. KEEP HIM ON BOARD!!
