I have had no issues with this pharmacy to date. They have worked with me when RXs were not ordered properly and have been diligent. Yes, this includes a controlled RX. So, with all due respect, I have been treated courteously and appropriately. Keep in mind, if a review is premised on a controlled substance issue, often, there are significant mitigating factors on the consumer's end that causes frustration.
I think I get why some folks have given this pharmacy a less than positive review - I have been coming here for 5 years. In the past year though they have made HUGE strides in their customer service - even going out of their way for me more than once and always keeping me updated on my refills, etc. I now go out of my way to get my medications here.
