The Rite Aid sales associate greeted me when I entered the store and cheerfully directed me to the item I was looking for. It sounds like a small thing, but spending time on my feet is arduous and even painful. The customer service I received, the availability of the product, and the quick checkout made my visit as efficient as possible, limiting my physical pain and contributing to the quality of my life. I have been going to Rite Aid (once Thrifty Drug) since I was a kid. It is the one and perhaps only organization I can think of that is a good now, or even better, than it was back in the day.
