Helpful, kind and never pushy.Love the kindness and honestly when I go to a Rite Aid, I want a neutral, beige, non exciting experience. They provide that relaxing atmosphere.Just wanted to say thank you to the nice pharmacist at this location. I accidentally booked vaccine here instead of Governers Place. I have severe vaccine phobia and of course instantly burst into tears and panic and tried to keep it together so she could work. She was so kind and understanding to me and is the first one to say to me that she understands I can’t control it and that it is a very real fear. I just appreciated her support a lot in that moment as I’ve heard so many “get over its” this year where we’ve had to get three COVID shots. Thank you.
