I'm not sure what his position is but the lovely gentleman (I believe his name is Marco) is simply the best employee at any company in a 10 mile radius. Says hi to you as you walk in, no matter where he is in the store. He'll help you with anything. He'll tell you exactly where anything is, he'll tell you which lanes are open and which one you should go to, he won't beat around the bush and ask for your I.D. (politely and immediately) if you're purchasing alcohol.
He always has something nice or funny to say about me when I check out, or has a funny story about something. Whoever owns this store, give that man a raise. Or at least let him take as many free reese's as he wants, he deserves it 20x over.
