I rarely write a review, but the customer service today at Rite Aid on Scholls Ferry was exceptional. I went in and got an extensive explanation on the how to fulfill my subscription in the future from Christine. She was patient and helpful. Then she kindly called me over much sooner than expected to pick it up. As Drew rang up my order, I mentioned I had toothpaste on sale, but no coupon. He was afraid he was out, but searched until he found it. Then I asked him to point me to Valeria. Instead Drew walked out from behind the counter and took me to it. After picking it out, he said wait a minute, went to another section and, sure enough, found it two for the price of one. But there was only one, so he gave it to me at half-price. Drew went way out of his way to help me out and was glad to do it. How often do you walk out of a drugstore glad you went?
