I arrived at the pharmacy frustrated and upset because the employees of another pharmacy (W) closed the prescription area in my face. On the contrary, the RiteAid prescription clerk treated me kindly, listened carefully to my concerns, and referred me to the pharmacist who helped me choose the most appropriate over-the-counter medications to help my son.
Friendly. Employees helped me place a call to try and track down the owner of a lost dog. The dog walked across rt 77 and into the rite aid. Very helpful and compassionate
