I didn't know where anything was. I had asked a few workers where to find various items and they were all very helpful and knowledgeable. If they didn't know where something was, they directed me to someone who did know.
As for the store itself, it was very clean and had a kind of calming ambient feel to it.
Overall I was very happy with my experience.
