I recently visited the Gurnee location for a few groceries and to pick up a prescription. I went through self check out and my fruit bowl broke open and spilled all over the floor. The attendant offered to get me a broom. I proceeded to clean the mess up with my hands and the store manager, I believe he said his name is Jody, rushed over to help me immediately and cleaned up the mess promptly. After telling me to grab a new bowl on my way out the door, he personally went to the exit to make sure no one questioned me. Huge improvement in management compared to the prior one. Thumbs up!!
Very clean, great variety of vegetables, wonderful meat/seafood choices. Staff is very helpful and kind.
