I love Kroger's meat department and produce department. They are far superior to any other grocery store. The employees are helpful if you have a question, and there are always good sales going on on different products.
I am a regular customer of my local Kroger Marketplace. I was traveling through and did not go inside however, the outside look clean, well maintained and quite busy on a Saturday afternoon. Took advantage of the oft-provided outdoor Redbox, though.
