I want to thank Ivy in the Floral department. She did an amazing job on the flower arrangement for my uncle's celebration of life. I was a little worried using Hy Vee and not an actual flower shop. When I talked to her on the phone about what I wanted she was very caring and compassionate about the situation and took extra time to listen. The finished product was even more than I could have imagined. She had me text her the box the flowers would be sitting on to make sure she had it just right. She was awesome!
