The late night front end manager, Rachel, and Courtesy Clerk, Derek, were really helpful, kind and overall amazing for as late as they have to be there. I came in late, needing something to eat after having worked a long shift at my own Hy-vee, some 200+ miles away, and driving for 4 hours. They greeted my with smiles and a warm welcome, due to the fact that I was wearing my work mask in the store, and they even made me smile and laugh being that I was a long way from home, but it sure didn't feel like I was. Thank you both to an amazing visit. and as the company saying goes, there truly is a helpful smile in every isle.
