I have used the express lane service twice now and am very impressed with the high degree of care and thoughtfulness that goes into shopping. Pricing is fair and I appreciate the personal touch of a voice-mail letting me know that my order is ready and detailing what substitutions have been made. When you arrive to pickup there is a pleasant colleague to greet you and load your groceries for you- the process could not be easier. I dont know what took me so long to try Harris Teeter after shopping at wegmans for so long. As a healthcare worker during a pandemic the last thing I want to do is wade through a busy grocery store after a long day, so I truly appreciate this service and all that work hard to provide it.
