Staff are friendly and good at their jobs. the store itself is always well stocked and clean. ample parking, though the shopping center is a little weird to get in and out of. Harris Teeter is overpriced, but that's an issue with the chain itself not this location. The staff here are great so it's a 5 stars for me!
Been a shopper at this HT since it first opened. Today, I had an unusual situation with the bakery department. The assistant store manager was able to resolve the issue within 4 minutes. I'm super impressed and of course satisfied as a customer!
